Africa-focused buyout house BluePeak Private Capital has held a $115m first close for its first flagship private credit and mezzanine fund. The firm is targeting a final close of $200m, with a hard cap of $250m.
German buyout house Golding Capital Partners has launched its debut impact fund of funds with a €300m target, aiming for a net IRR of 12% to 14%. The fund launch follows two fund closes earlier in the year which pulled in €536m from LPs.
