television Morgan Stanley's Asian private equity operation is to take a stake in local Taiwanese network TV operator China Network Systems, as part of a deal aimed at enabling another Taiwanese broadcaster, Far EasTone Telecommunications Co Ltd, to eventually acquire the holding.
