Indian private equity firm Paracor Capital Advisors is looking to raise $200m to invest in real estate opportunities in the country.
According to new reports, the firm is planning to raise $200m by June this year, 90 per cent of which will be invested in residential projects in India’s seven largest cities.
The capital will be invested through its real estate and hospitality-focused Madison India Real Estate Fund Mauritius vehicle, and sourced principally from high net worth individuals.
The firm is due to realise a few of its investments in the West of India within the next two to three months, and recently exited from two investments in Chennai.
