Leeds, UK-based turnaround specialist Endless has bolstered its London team with the addition of Francesco Santinon, who joins the firm from Growth Capital Partners (GCP).
Santinon has been involved in private equity for 16 years and was most recently a partner at GCP. Prior to that he was a managing partner at Spirit Capital, having led a buyout of the firm from its former parent company Aberdeen Asset Managers.
“I have known Francesco for a dozen years and when I heard he was looking for a new challenge I was keen to ask him to come and help us in our growing London business,” Endless managing partner Garry Wilson said in a statement.
“In particular I was keen to broaden the experience and skillset in the team beyond our core turnaround expertise.
“Francesco’s management buyout and development capital experience and different network will help us to expand our offering and ensure that our prospering portfolio companies can access his experience.”
Santinon added, “I am delighted to be joining the team at Endless and look forward to contributing to the further success of the firm and the investment of Fund III which has already got off to a great start with the recent investments including Vion, Bathstore and Cinesite.”
