Growth equity firm JMI Equity has promoted six members of staff almost three years into spending its $875m seventh fund.
Charles Dieveney has been named COO and Randy Guttman CFO, while Melissa Caslin has been promoted to vice president of talent.
Krishna Potarazu becomes a vice president while Matt Emery and David Greenberg have both been made principals.
Managing general partner Harry Gruner said, “These promotions recognize the meaningful contributions these professionals have made to JMI.
“With our current team, we are very well positioned to execute against our growth-focused value creation strategy for many years to come.”
JMI raised its largest fund to date in November 2010 by netting $875m from LPs, exceeding its $800m target.
That fund came three years after it closed its sixth vehicle on $600m at the height of the boom.
JMI has invested in 110 businesses in its target markets of software, internet and business services, and has more than $2.1bn of committed capital under management.
Previous investments include DoubleClick, Eloqua, Halogen, PointClickCare, PowerPlan and ServiceNow.
