Clairvest Group principal Mitch Green has been promoted to managing director after 11 years with the US private equity firm.
Green has been focused on the equipment rental, IT services and selective business service sectors during his time at Clairvest.
He previously worked in leveraged finance for BNP Capital Markets and in corporate finance for Bank of America.
Clairvest Group co-managing director Jeff Parr said, “Mitch plays a key role in driving Clairvest’s growth in some of its core industry domains.
“His involvement in deal origination and execution contributed to the firm’s successful track record and he is truly an invaluable member of the Clairvest team.
“We are proud of Mitch’s milestone with Clairvest and trust that he will realize great success in his new role.”
