Rebecca Gibson, a partner within European private equity firm Cinven’s consumer-focused team has left the firm, Bloomberg has reported.
She joined Cinven in 2002 from Bain & Company and has worked on transactions, including Spire Healthcare, Partnerships in Care, Eutelsat, NCP and Gala Coral.
Cinven’s current consumer portfolio comprises clothing retailer Camaïeu, restaurant operator Gondola and DIY retailer Maxeda.
Most recently the firm bought an 80 per cent stake in German insurance company Heidelburger Leben.
