Central and Eastern Europe-focused buyout firm Mid Europa Partners has named Jan Krzewinski as associate director.
In additions, Matthias Dukat, Viktoria Habanova and Ratko Jovic have been promoted to senior associates, Lukasz Wlodarczyk to associate and Martina Redmond to financial controller.

Krzewinski joined Mid Europa in 2007 and is based in Warsaw. He has worked on a number of investments including most recently the acquisition of Alpha Medical and the sale of Lux Med.
Operating from London, Budapest, Warsaw and Istanbul, Mid Europa advises and manages funds of approximately €3.2bn in aggregate.
In January CEE-focused buyout firm Mid Europa and France Telecom-Orange completed the €1.3bn sale of Orange Austria to Hutchison 3G Austria, a subsidiary of Hong Kong property development and infrastructure conglomerate Hutchison Whampoa.
