Private equity firm Argos Soditic has announced a pair of appointments following the recent promotion of Karel Kroupa to partner.
Jérémie Falzone, 31, will become an investment manager at the firm while 27-year-old Guillaume Lefebvre (pictured, left) joins the team as an analyst.
Falzone joined the firm as an associate in May 2007, and worked on the acquisition of the Mertz transportation business in 2008 and its sale in 2011.
Lefebvre previously worked in private equity with CM-CIC Capital Finance and Rothschild & Cie.
Argos, which has offices in Paris, Milan and Geneva, focuses on management buy-outs and buy-ins in small and medium-sized companies, taking stakes of €5m to €50m in businesses with revenues of €20m to €40m
It currently has more than €700m of assets under management and has carried out over 50 transactions since being formed in 1989.
Last October the firm backed the management buy-out of French greenhouse and solar panel mounting systems installer Marchegay Technologies.
