French investment house Weinberg Capital Partners has picked up H&P Hygiène et Prévention, the French subsidiary of the Danish group ISS.
H&P is a major player in B2B hygiene services in France, operating across air hygiene, sanitation, pest control and fire protection through both preventive and curative actions.
The company, whose customers include social and private housing players and local authorities, had a turnover of €118m last year.
Weinberg said the deal was its third from the €300m WCP#3 fund launched last year.
The firm smashed the €250m target for Fund III just six months after hitting a €140m first close for the vehicle, AltAssets exclusively revealed at the time.
Fund III follows the firm’s previous strategy of focusing on French businesses valued between €25m and €200m, primarily in the distribution, business services and healthcare sectors.
