UK private equity-backed clothing brand Jack Wills could raise over £500m via a sale or IPO within the next three to six years, the Financial Times reported.
UK mid-market firm Inflexion holds a 27 per cent minority stake, having invested in 2007.
The company’s founders Peter Williams and Robert Shaw are preparing for a potential exit, the report said, following a £9.72m loss recorded earlier this year. The company also saw increased sales of £122.9m.
