The investment will enable the company to accelerate its platform innovation and “deliver market leading customer experiences”, the company said.
As part of the deal, Matthew Blodgett, a general partner at North Bridge Growth Equity, will join the board of directors.

With $3.5bn in capital currently under management North Bridge provide seed-to-growth financing. To date the firm has backed more than 170 companies—including Demandware, Disqus, Dyn, and Quora. The firm recently led a $40m investment in camera maker Lytro.
