The company develops and provides embedded computing and control systems for robots such as unmanned vehicles and those used in automated industry.
Synapticon said it planned to use the investment for R&D, setting up and expanding customer support and increase its service capacity.
Seedfonds co-operates with HTGF to support young technology companies headquartered in Baden-Wuerttemberg during the early founding or seed phase by providing venture capital.

The funding round, believed to be just under €1m, was also supported by entrepreneur Martin Shefter through his holding company Shefter Capital.
