French video advertising network StickyADS.tv closes €3.1m Series B investment

France-based video advertising network StickyADS.tv has closed a €3.1m Series B round, led by IT-focused venture capital firm Ventech.

Launched in 2009 StickyADS.tv has 200 contracted publishers, and partners with companies such as TF1 Group, Prisma Media, MSN Video, Fox Network, MTV and Disney.

The company previously received investment from ISAI investment, an AMF-authorised portfolio management company with two investment vehicles focused on early-stage post-seed venture capital andsmall cap private equity.

The capital will allow StickyADS.tv to expand into key European markets such as Germany, said, Hervé Brunet, CEO StickyADS.tv. “This investment will allow us to accelerate our technology development and our European expansion to build a European leader.”

Claire Houry, general partner at Ventech, added, “We are impressed by the achievements that the team has delivered both in terms of market share and proprietary technology.”
