Adams Street Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Partech International also helped fund the $22m of equity, while City National Bank provided the $12.5m of revolving debt.

Last week SAP Ventures-backed Just Dial saw its IPO become the largest ever by an Indian internet company after the listing became fully subscribed by 1.94 times.
Just Dial offered a 25 per cent stake at a price of INR470 to INR543 per share, looking to raise INR93.6bn ($170m).
