New York-based Millennium has appointed Jonathan Glass as CFO. He will serve the firm's Millennium Technology Value Partners and Millennium Technology Ventures funds, as well as related entities. Prior to joining Millennium, Glass was vice president of finance and controller at venture capital firm Venrock Associates. Before that, he worked at Greenbriar Equity Group and as a tax manager for private equity and other financial institutions at Deloitte & Touche.
Samuel L Schwerin, managing partner, Millennium Technology Value Partners, said, 'Jon Glass is a strong addition to our team. The current market climate is a positive one for our investment strategy, and we are rapidly expanding our human capital as well as all our resources in order to best embrace the opportunities ahead.'
Millennium Technology Value Partners is Millenium's current primary fund of the Millennium family. The fund's focus ranges from primary venture capital and growth equity investments to secondaries, venture debt, restructurings, corporate spin-offs, PIPEs and buy-outs.
Millennium Technology Ventures invests in early stage companies.
