Brad Henske joins Hellman & Friedman as managing director

Click here for the latest news, views and interviews in the clean energy investor communityHellman & Friedman has hired Brad Henske as a managing director in its San Francisco office. In his new role, Henske will work with the firm's portfolio companies to improve performance.

Henske joins the firm from Intuit, where he has been since 2003. He first was senior vice president and CFO of Intuit before he assumed the role of general manager of Intuit's Consumer Tax Group.

Henske began his career at Bain & Company. Later he became the CFO of American Savings Bank, a portfolio company of the Robert M. Bass Group. He then spent four years as a partner with the Bass Group, before he took up the role of CFO at Synopsys.

Hellman & Friedman has offices in San Francisco, New York and London.

The firm's investments have included: DoubleClick, Young & Rubicam, Digitas, The Nielson Company, Axel Springer, ProSiebenSat1, The Nasdaq Stock Market, Intergraph Corporation, Vertafore, and Texas Genco.
