Julien Di Marco joins Activa Capital as an investment analyst

Di Marco has spent the past two years at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Services and Corporate Restructuring department, specialising in financial due diligence and treasury forecasts. Previously, he spent three years at KPMG in the Financial Services department.

Charles Diehl, a partner of Activa, said, 'We are all delighted that Julien is joining our growing team. Since January 2007, Activa Capital has organised the merger of Materne with Mont Blanc, and the build-up and merger of Linvosges with Françoise Saget. In addition, Activa Capital has exited two investments (Vivactis and Delpharm), and has raised €315m for Activa Capital II Fund.'

Activa invests across industry sectors, but with a focus on the food and consumer goods, healthcare/pharmaceuticals, and business and support services sectors.
