Swedish Segulah hires Percy Calissendorff as partner

Click here for the latest news, views and interviews in the clean energy investor communityStockholm, Sweden-based Segulah has appointed Percy Calissendorff, a Swedish national with about ten years of private equity experience and four years of investment banking experience, as a partner.

Calissendorff joins the firm from UK-based private equity partnership Star Capital, where he was also a partner. His previous employers include MVI and Hambros Bank.

Segulah focuses on lower mid-market buy-out transactions in the Nordic region. AB Segulah acts as investment advisor to the funds Segulah II €100m and Segulah III €260m.

Current portfolio companies include Callenberg (marine engineering), Previa (occupational healthcare), HMS (automation integration equipment), Powermill (electronics repair and installation services), Kosan Crisplant (filling equipment for LPG bottles), Dacke PMC (hydraulics and pneumatics), Nordform (prefabricated concrete products), Joy Shop (fashion retailer), NEA (electrical installation), Isaberg Rapid (staplers) and Kemetyl (car care products and chemicals to retailers).
