 US private equity firm Bayside Capital, an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, has invested in Ready Pac Foods. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Ready Pac Foods is a provider of produce and prepared foods with facilities located throughout the US and revenues in excess of $700m.
Bayside Capital invests in the debt and equity of mid-market companies.
H.I.G. Capital is a private equity investment firm specialising in acquisitions and recapitalisations of mid-market businesses. H.I.G. currently manages over $3bn of equity capital.
