 David Tahmassebi has joined US Bessemer Venture Partners as an entrepreneur-in-residence. He will be responsible for helping the firm evaluate potential semiconductor investments.
Tahmassebi joins Bessemer from Resonext Communications, a company that develops chips for wireless local area networks, where he served as president and chief executive officer. He previously managed the consumer business unit of VLSI Technology.
Bessemer Venture Partners has more than $1bn of venture capital under management. The firm has offices in New York, Massachusetts and California.
