SG Capital Europe, the pan-European private equity fund sponsored by Societe Generale, has opened an office in Paris. The firm has recruited three new associates to join the newly launched French operation.
The firm has hired Wandrille Ract-Madoux, Antonia Mills and Albane d’Halluin, who will join the firm later this month. SG Capital Europe already has offices in London, Munich and Milan.
SG Capital Europe invests in mid-market firms with enterprise values of between E30m and E200m. The firm has invested in companies with a combined enterprise value of E300m over the last year, including French cable operator Est Videocommunication, wine ingredients business AEB and Coditel, the Belgian cable business, now merged with Est Videocommunications.
