 Global consultancy and accountancy firm Deloitte & Touche has appointed Martin Kitcatt as head of private equity. The appointment follows Deloitte's acquisition of Arthur Andersen UK in April.
Kitcatt will focus mainly on UK deals, according to Financial News. Chris Ward, head of Deloitte's corporate finance advisory business, will be concentrating on international deals.
Deloitte is integrating over 200 former Andersen employees to the corporate finance division, almost doubling its size.
