This new fund is focusing on one of Asia’s rapidly growing economies. It will focus on equity investments between $5m and $10m in a range of business areas including tourism, agribusiness, infrastructure, real estate and financial services. The fund is supported by leading emerging market investors and the founding team is experienced in the region. Deal flow is strong due to great local knowledge and connections. As a result the team would like to add an experienced private equity professional to bring strong analysis and execution skills to the business. You will work with the country’s leading business professionals as well as government and international finance organisations. You will need to live in the region which is developing quickly.
For this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Private equity investment experience having played a significant role in at least three completed transactions
- An interest in emerging Asian economies
- A team player with a relaxed style
- Prepared to relocate and live in the region
