New macro long/short Vallea Fund launches01/09/2008. Source: AltAssets. 
 New management company Vallea Capital has launched its long/short Vallea Fund.
The fund is expected to raise $100m over the first 12 months. It will pursue investments in fixed income, foreign exchange and global stock indices.
The Vallea Fund is co-managed by Alessandro Palmarella and Pascal Monnerat of fund advisory company BelleVue Conseils Sàrl.
