Radboud Vlaar is Co-Founder and Partner at Orange Growth Capital (OGC). OGC is a Venture Capital firm focused on FinTech in Europe and Asia founded in Q3 2013 with pressence in Amsterdam, London and Singapore (www.orangegrowthcapital.com). OGC has to date made 11 investments in companies such as ZOPA, MONI, KNIP, BUX, Salviol and Komparu. Prior to founding OGC, Radboud spend 10 years as partner at McKinsey & Company, focused on Financial Services and Private Equity. Prior to McKinsey Radboud worked at TPG, where he worked on M&A and supported the set-up of a Venture Fund. Radboud achieved 4 master degrees from the University of Groningen. During the last years Radboud has co-founded 3 companies (Security, Big Data and Construction) and still is on the Board of one of them (www.linkbundle.com) Radboud Vlaar is a Dutch Citizen and splits his time between London and Amsterdam, is married and has 3 children.
