Dr. Thomas Schneider

Dr. Thomas Schneider is the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of BrickVest, the online platform for real estate crowdinvesting. Together with Emmanuel Lumineau and Adalbert Wysocki, he founded BrickVest in 2014. With www.brickvest.com, investors invest quickly, easily and reliably with small contributions in professional, national and international real estate projects. BrickVest makes real estate investment easier, more transparent and more accessible.

Schneider studied Business Administration at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and doctorate in Financial Economics. Afterwards, he devoted himself fully to real estate investment and graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and a Master of Design in Real Estate Investment at Harvard University in Boston. Prior to BrickVest, Schneider founded the real estate private equity firm Limmat Group, headquartered in Zurich, and was responsible for the M & A Real Estate Advisory Division as a manager at KPGM. He also worked as a senior investment consultant at Ernst & Young and as an associate in real estate investment in the banking sector at Lehman Brothers.
