Millennium Technology Ventures, a secondaries buyer of venture-backed technology companies, has held a final close of its second fund on $280m, trouncing its $200m target and finishing at its hard cap.

Vision Capital acquires Nordic financial company from Palamon Partners

UK private equity firm Vision Capital has bought Nordax Finans, a provider of loans in the Nordic Region, from European growth investor Palamon Capital Partners. The deal is valued at €105m and gives Palamon a 3.7 times return on its original investment.
