Delegate Sales Executive

Job Description

As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will be selling to director level clients (existing and new) in some of the worlds leading and most respected organizations and institutions.  Tenacity, a quick mind and willingness to learn and take on bigger challenges are all part and parcel of this important role.  For the right candidate the financial rewards are potentially outstanding, including high commission, realistic targets and long-term share options.   High performers will be able to earn substantially more and enjoy career progression more rapidly than anywhere else.

Some examples of the duties with this role include:

  • Discussing business drivers and core goals with senior directors at a wide range of organizations to better understand their needs before skillfully matching our solutions to their requirements.  This is predominantly phone based.
  • Providing regular feedback from your core group of clients and prospects to the editorial and management team.
  • Attending and working at events and, whilst there, providing outstanding service to your clients and support to your colleagues.
  • Improving your market knowledge to a point where detailed discussions can be had with clients, enabling a better understanding of their needs.  Comprehensive on-the-job training and support is provided to help you achieve this.

Salary is according to experience.  Candidates must have at least one year’s relevant sales experience.
